1.   The 5mm premium yoga mat can be used with face towels or yoga towels.

2.   The 5mm mat can be used as a simple method of inserting and removing it sideways while hanging it in the second hole of the belt.

3.    Use the 6mm mat by rolling the start into a small size and unbuckling and filling the mat roll. As time goes by, if the length goes well, it can be used as a simple method to insert and remove it sideways.
